The Big Surprise
The Big Surprise was built out of a passion for indulging in the finer things in life. We’ve combined our love for making others happy with our exceptional research and organisational skills. We’ve put them together to offer you unique and bespoke travel experiences.
Specialising in mystery destination trips, as well as luxury travel, we put quality at the forefront of everything we do. We feel that life is simply too short to do things in half measures.
It is said that towards the ends of our lives, we often tend to regret the things we didn’t do, not the things we did. Therefore it is a great risk spending your life not doing what you want now on the bet that you can buy yourself the freedom to do it later.

Work hard and diligently to resolve problems as they arise, but be honest about how and why they happened. We can grow and learn if we have the right knowledge to do so. Be honest with our customers, our suppliers and ourselves.
Be fair to our customers, but also to ourselves. Don’t overcharge or mislead the customer, and don’t undercut or undervalue ourselves.We won’t let greed overcloud our passion. Nor will we sell ourselves short.
